Job Description

  • The focus of this sales position is building a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Develop short-term and long-term sales strategy.
  • Prospect potential clients through calls, emails and social channels.
  • Initiate and drive customer meetings.
  • Be comfortable engaging with the C suite, law firms and investment banks.
  • Support marketing efforts with attending conferences, exhibits and other in person events.
  • Manage proposals, contract negotiations and partner with management team to finalize contracts.
  • Monitor projects in conjunction with production regarding specifications, costs, and timeframes as projects progress.
  • Take ownership of problem resolution if customer issues cannot be solved through normal channels.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with the customers.
  • Manage all calls, meetings, emails and opportunities through Salesforce.com
  • Achieve sales targets.

Skills and Experience required for this role

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience selling and servicing public companies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required
  • Hard work, enthusiasm and a curiosity for learning.
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
  • Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Service Representative with 3 – 5 years of experience in the financial printing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex client communications, coordinating time-sensitive financial documents, and ensuring flawless execution under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the document submission lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of financial documents including SEC filings (DRS, S-1, F-1, S-4, F-4, DEF 14A, SC TO-T etc.), registration statements, proxy statements, annual reports and tender offers.
  • Collaborate with internal production teams (Typeset, EDGAR & iXBRL) and print specialists to meet client specifications and regulatory deadlines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining process protocols accurately with attention to detail under pressure.
  • Provide guidance to clients on formatting, compliance and best practices in financial disclosure.
  • Troubleshoot issues proactively resolving client concerns to ensure peak service level performance, satisfaction and client retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project timelines, and service metrics.


Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of customer service or project management experience in the financial printing industry.
  • Expert in SEC filing processes and financial disclosure requirements.
  • Strong understanding of typesetting, document formatting and print requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with document management systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.


Preferred Experience

  • Direct experience working in industry.
  • Exposure to EDGAR and iXBRL filing processes.
  • Knowledge of investment banking, legal, or corporate governance environments.
